REFUND POLICY

Those enrolling in ANYTIME tours have two options. Option 1 applies when enrollees choose not to offer the tour as a SCHEDULED tour or request a guaranteed departure. Under this option deposits become non-refundable 48-hours after Exotic Birding confirms receipt of payment. Option 2 applies when enrollees do not request guaranteed departure. Deposits for non-guaranteed tours are refundable until final payment is due.
